Accessing the MOTOR Database

Use this screen to work with the MOTOR database, select parts and refurbishments, display graphics, and perform cost comparisons.

The Parts Group list displays in the database by default for newly created workfiles. This list contains all the different groups of parts available for the vehicle. An example of a Parts Group would be Fender.

Select a parts subgroup to display the parts list in the database screen. The Parts list is where you select parts to add to the estimate. An example of a part would be Fender w/o SHO.

To access the MOTOR database

1. Open the workfile.
2. Select the Estimate tab, and then select the Lines tab.
3. Select the MOTOR tab.
4. Select a part group, and then a part subgroup to view parts for the selected subgroup.
